Bron Rhiw Guest House
Bron Rhiw is a guest house owned by Tina and Andy, a husband and wife business located in North Wales, UK.
Tina and Andys previous website didn’t fit with the image that they wanted to give to potential guests and was difficult to navigate.
The stress point for them was that most guests who booked online were using other booking sites to do this.
The brief was to redesign the website to fit with their image and make it easier to navigate, giving a better online customer experience and improving direct bookings.
The website has been completely redesigned using complementary colours and fonts which gives a clean feel to the whole website. Navigation is now easy, with clear menus in the header and footer on all pages. Also being responsive across desktop and mobile devices, visitors get a fantastic experience.
Room images were very difficult for visitors to view on the previous website, which was a contributing factor to less direct bookings.
This was remedied with each room now being displayed on individual pages with image galleries showcasing all room types. The ability to book rooms from the home, accommodation and individual room pages now make it much easier for guests to book directly.
Ian did a great job, kept in touch with video chats, did exactly what he said he would do, he has even provided tutorial videos. I believe he has provided a clean and easy to use site. As we are a small business we need to know we have support with our e-marketing and Ian is giving that support. So far we are very happy with the service we are getting.
